A. Conference fees include<\/strong>:
\n\u2022 plenary sessions
\n\u2022 workshops
\n\u2022 lunch(es) and coffee\/tea breaks refreshments
\n\u2022 documentation
\n\u2022 access to the exhibition room
\n\u2022 copy of the proceedings<\/p>\n

Conference dinner<\/strong> (\u00a355) on 15 November 2018 is NOT included. You have the opportunity to purchase a ticket (or two) on the registration form. Be advised that the number of seats is limited.<\/p>\n

B. Earlybird fees apply for registrations made by 23:59 GMT\/UTC, 13 October 2018.
\nFor registrations with payments made in response to an invoice, payment must be received<\/strong> in the AsLing account by 30 September 2018, otherwise the full rates (\u201cafter 19 September\u201d) apply.<\/p>\n

C. Speakers<\/strong><\/p>\n

For Speakers to have their presentations and papers included in the conference proceedings (to be published with an ISBN) fees must be received in the AsLing account, by 30 September 2018. The submission deadline for final papers (to be published on this site is 2 October 2018).
\n<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/span>Liability<\/div>
\n1. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or other expenses booked in relation to attendance at this conference which have been arranged by you or on your behalf by third parties are at your own risk. AsLing shall not be liable to you for any loss or expenditure.<\/p>\n

2. Our liability to you in connection with this conference (including, but not limited to, for any cancellation or material change to the programme) and the registration you have purchased shall be limited to the registration fee paid by you or on your behalf, excluding a per payment received handling fee.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

\n\u2022 Before 25 September 2018: full refund minus \u00a330 administrative cost
\n\u2022 Between 26 September to 13 October 2018: 75% minus \u00a330 administrative cost
\n\u2022 Between 13 October 2018 to 7 November 2018: 50% refund minus \u00a330 administrative cost

<\/span>Purchase orders<\/div>
We accept purchase orders in sterling, euro and Swiss Fr. Please contact our treasurer<\/a> before registering to arrange payment. <\/div><\/div><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The conference runs over 2 days. Registration covers both days, including lunches and coffee\/tea break refreshments. We may accept registration for only a single day if, for one reason or another, you cannot attend both days, Please note that we’ll be publishing the programme only in early September and the final programme is subject to last minute changes.
