She is responsible for requirement-oriented process management, optimization and automatization. She has been a member of the ISO Subcommittee for Translation Services since 2019. Eva-Maria is a regular speaker at <em>tekom <\/em>events and publishes articles on translation quality, quality assurance and the industry standards.
