A. Conference fees includes:
• plenary sessions
• workshops
• lunch(es) and coffee/tea breaks refreshments
• documentation
• access to the exhibition room
• copy of the proceedings

Conference dinner (£55) on 17 November 2016 is NOT included. You have the opportunity to purchase a ticket (or two) on the registration form. Be advised that the number of seats is limited.

B. Earlybird fees apply for registrations made by 23:59 GMT/UTC, 12 Sept. 2016.
For registrations with payments made in response to an invoice, payment must be received in the AsLing account by 19 September 2016, otherwise the full rates (“after 12 Sept.”) apply.

C. Speakers

For Speakers to have their presentations and papers included in the conference proceedings (to be published with an ISBN) fees must be received in the AsLing account, by 19 September 2016. The submission deadline for final papers (to be published on this site; is 30th Sept. 2016).

D. Cancellation policy

o Before 25 September 2016: full refund minus £30 administrative cost
o Between 26 September to 17 October 2016: 75% refund
o Between 17 October 2016 to 7 November 2016: 50% refund
o After 7 November 2016: NO refund.

1. Personal arrangements including travel, accommodation or other expenses booked in relation to attendance at this conference which have been arranged by you or on your behalf by third parties are at your own risk. AsLing shall not be liable to you for any loss or expenditure.

2. Our liability to you in connection with this conference (including, but not limited to, for any cancellation or material change to the programme) and the registration you have purchased shall be limited to the registration fee paid by you or on your behalf, excluding a per payment received handling fee.
