The conference schedule is as follows:

| 20 May 2019 | Deadline for abstracts of papers and posters and workshop proposals |
| 1 August 2019 | All authors notified of decisions |
| 16 August 2019 | Deadline for all successful authors to confirm that you wish to present (The presenter or at least one co-author needs to register, to have the talk firmly included in our programme) |
| 2 September 2019 | Speakers’ registration due by 30 September. |
| 30 September 2019 | Deadline for AsLing to receive payment for at least one speaker’s attendance fee. After that, someone else gets the slot, and your name and title will be removed from the provisional programme. |
| 21 October 2019 | Speakers’ full papers and posters to be submitted for inclusion in the e-proceedings |
| 11 November 2019 | Speakers’ presentations to be submitted |
| 21-22 November 2019 | Conference takes place in London |
